From the perusal of the affidavit of compliance, it is clear that the order of writ Court dated 7.10.2021 has been complied with by the opposite party and a reasoned order has been passed by him on 6.6.2022, copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure-1 to the affidavit of compliance.
In view of the said fact as the order of writ Court has been complied, present contempt application is rendered infructuous.
Contempt notice stands discharged.

However, leaving it open to the applicant to challenge the order passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum, if so advised.
