Sri Vibhanshu Vaibhav, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party has placed before the Court the decision taken by the authorities concerned on 17.9.2022, which is taken on record. He states that the order of writ Court is only to the extent to decide the grievance of the applicants, which the authorities have done and a reasoned order has been passed.
