The applicant has alleged violation of order dated 12.10.2020 passed by Consolidation Officer, Shamli in Case No.110/1410.
The court of Consolidation Officer is not a court subordinate to High Court, therefore, no contempt under Section 12 of Contempt of Courts Act would lie.
Accordingly, contempt application is dismissed and is consigned to record.
