Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that a first information report has been lodged by one Smt. Sushila Devi w/o Kamlesh before Police Station- Ekdil, District Etawah on 24.11.2016 under Sections 354(A), 342, 323, 286 IPC, regarding commission of offence on the same day, i.e, on 24.11.2016 at 7:00 hours with relation to the fact that on the said unlucky day, the complainant along with her husband Kamlesh son of Girwar Singh had gone to agricultural field to do certain agricultural work. There, the three named accused along with unknown persons came in two motorcycles while armed with rifle and countrymade pistol and with bad intentions started dragging the complainant and when the complainant screamed, then at the relevant point of time, husband of the complainant, who was standing nearby, tried to save her from the clutches of the accused, then the aforesaid accused, who were 4 in number, dragged the husband of the complainant and administered beating and loaded him in the motorcycle itself. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant was not named in the FIR and further in the statement of the injured being Sri Kamlesh, the name of the applicant has surfaced on 17.8.2019. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the named accused in the FIR being Manoj @ Chhange, Rajeev, Chhote @ Anuj have been enlarged on bail in Bail Application No. 37144 of 2017 on 16.11.2017, Bail
