account whereof and onslaught of the nature came into motion which made the living of the family of the complainant hard. However, in the month of January 2021, the complainant received a phone call from the Gram Pradhan being Shri Dhirendra Kumar wherein it was communicated that consequent to the death of Kaulesar Singh son of Ram Sundar, an amount of Rs. 7,62,000/- were admissible compensation to be paid and for that very purpose, the deceased family had to provide the necessary details and documents pertaining to Aadhar Card, pass book, etc. Thereafter, as per the version contained in the FIR, the amount of Rs. 3,000/-, 20,000/-, 13,000/and 5,000/- were extended towards facilitating in making of the payment being the payments referable to the expenses/commission to be paid therein. As per the version contained in the FIR, on 23.03.2021 at about 5:00 pm, consequent to the demands so raised with respect to the 5% of the total compensation of amount of Rs. 7,62,000/- the complainant went to the unknown person, so named in the FIR and paid Rs. 35,000/- but the same was less than 5% of the total amount so the person who has been accused when not satisfied with the said amount then told the complainant to wait outside and in the meantime he will bring the cheque of the same amount but he did not returned back and thereafter he did not received the phone calls and subsequently the same was switched off.
