Sri Vijay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant Dharmendra Singh under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 141 of 2022, for offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station- Bisrakh, District, Gautam Buddh Nagar, till the conclusion of the trial, after rejecting the anticipatory bail application of the applicant by Judge, Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act) Gautam Buddh Nagar, vide order dated 09.05.2022.
Learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file an appropriate application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
