The instant Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant Amit in Case Crime No. 61 of 2021 under Sections 452, 376 (3), 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4(2) Protection of Children From Sexual Offense Act, Police Station - Bichhwan, District -Mainpuri after rejecting the bail application of the applicant by the Special Judge (POCSO Act) Court no. 01, Mainpuri vide order dated 12.08.2021.
After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a appropriate application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
In view of the above, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an appropriate bail application for bail before the court below.
