Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State.

The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue direction to the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Meerut for expeditious disposal of Case No.8702 of 2009 (arising out of Case Crime No.398 of 2008, under Sections 498-A, 323 IPC & Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act-1961, Police StationNauchandi, District-Meerut.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the case is pending since the year 2009.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and material available on record, the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Meerut is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid direction, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
