The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue direction to the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.3, Kanpur Nagar for expeditious disposal of Case No.566 of 2020 (Anjali Seth Vs. Shivam Khanna), under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., P.S. Kohana, District Kanpur Nagar, within a stipulated period of time.
Having heard the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A., considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the averments made in the application, the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.3, Kanpur Nagar is directed to expedite the aforesaid case and conclude the same expeditiously strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified/computer generated copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid directions, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
