Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the order issuing non-bailable warrant dated 11.03.2022 passed by Additional District Judge/P.C.-9, Lucknow in Criminal Case No. 2220 of 2018 (State Vs. Rakesh Kumar Srivastava) in Case Crime No. 0085 of 2018, under Sections 7/13 of Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Pali, District Lalitpur.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant has made a statement at the bar that he does not want to press the other prayers made in the application and the applicant is ready to surrender before the court below and seeks his bail.
In view of the statement made, in case the applicant appears/surrenders before the court below and applies for regular bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773.
With the aforesaid directions, this application under Section 482 CrPC is finally disposed of.
