This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to issue a direction to the Trial Court to decide the case no. 479 of 2010, State Vs. Arun and others, arising out of case crime no. 718 of 2009, under sections 147, 393, 323, 504, 506, 336, 353 I.P.C., police station Sasni Gate, District Aligarh within the time fixed by this Court.
It is clear that the case is of the year 2009 i.e. the case is 13 years old and is still pending before the trial court, hence, the trial court is directed to dispose of the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order before the court concerned.
The application is accordingly allowed.
