By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant is seeking a direction to the Additional Session Judge (first) Jalaun at Orai to decide the Session trial No. 187 of 2012, under Sections 304, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Konch, District Jalaun arising out of Case Crime No.1244 of 2011, under Sections 147, 323 I.P.C., pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge (first) Jalaun at Orai, within stipulated period..
It has been submitted that the case is fixed for the statement of accused persons under Section 313 Cr.P.C. since 2018. The trial is of the year 2012.
Looking into the innocuous prayer of the counsel for the applicant, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with the direction to the Additional Session Judge (first) Jalaun at Orai to decide the case of the applicant, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of producing the certified copy of this order.
