Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the learned Session Judge, Aligarh to decide the Session Trial No. 945 of 2012 (State Vs. Gaurav Chaudhary) bearing Case Crime N. 924 of 2012, under section 302, 307, 386, 504/34 IPC and Section 27 Arms Act, P.S. Banna Devi, District Aligarh within the stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Session Judge, Aligarh to decide the Session Trial No. 945 of 2012 (State Vs. Gaurav Chaudhary) bearing Case Crime N. 924 of 2012, under section 302, 307, 386, 504/34 IPC and Section 27 Arms Act, P.S. Banna Devi, District Aligarh in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
