This Criminal Misc. Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C, is filed to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 20319 of 2021 (State vs. Dharmendra Singh and other), under Sections 323, 325, 308, 504 I.P.C, as well as order dated 2.9.2021 passed in charge sheet No. 25 of 2021 and cognizance order dated 18.10.2021, Crime No. 23 of 2021, Police Station Nagla Singhi District Firozabad.
Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he is not pressing the application for his prayer and is confining the same only to the extent that direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the bail application.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, prayer for quashing the charge sheet and proceedings is hereby refused and application under Section 482 Cr.P.C stands dismissed for the relief. However, it is provided that if the applicants appear before the court below and seek bail their bail application shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with the settled principles of law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court and as well as by the High Court.
