Heard Sri Amresh Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Sri Shashi Ranjan Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Lalji Maurya, Advocate holding brief of Sri Vivek Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Addl. Family Court No.2, Ghaziabad to decide the case no.143 of 2017 (Km. Aparna Kaushik vs. Sarita Kaushik), under section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Sahibabad District Ghaziabad within the stipulated period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the Addl. Family Court No.2, Ghaziabad to decide the case no.143 of 2017 (Km. Aparna Kaushik vs. Sarita Kaushik), under section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Sahibabad District Ghaziabad in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
