At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants prays for adding Section 120B I.P.C. along with Section 302 I.P.C. in the prayer clause.

The counsel for the applicants is directed to correct the prayer clause of the application during the course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State, and perused material on record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below i.e. Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 7 Muzaffar Nagar to decide/conclude the Session Trial No. 1821 of 2007 (State versus Sudhir & others) arising out of the Case Crime No. 45 of 2006 under Sections 302 & 120B I.P.C. Police Station-Fugana, DistrictMuzaffar Nagar, pending in the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 7, Muzaffar Nagar within stipulated period.

Considering the fact that the Session Trial No. 1821 of 2007 under Sections 302 & 120B I.P.C. is pending since 2007 before the trial court i.e. learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 7, Muzaffar Nagar this application is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before that court, if there is no other legal impediment.
