This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to expedite the proceedings of the Criminal Case No. 155 of 2018 (State versus Suresh Yadav) pertaining to NCR No. 109 of 2003, under Sections 323 & 504 I.P.C. Police Station-Sakaldeeha, District-Chandauli pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli within stipulated period.
Considering the fact that the Criminal Case No. 155 of 2018 under Sections 323 & 504 I.P.C. is pending since 2018 before the trial court i.e. Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli, this application is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before that court, if there is no other legal impediment.
