Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
By means of this Application under Section 482, the applicants have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court for quashing the entire proceedings and orders dated 01.01.2019 & 02.05.2022 as well as charge sheet dated 14.07.2018 registered in Case Crime No. 1071 of 2017 in Case No. 4 of 2019 (State versus Mangat Saini & others) under Sections, 147, 148, 323, 324, 427, 452 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 Police Station-Khurja Nagar, District-Bulandshahr.
At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that a direction for bail be issued.
Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with the direction to the trial court that if the applicants appear before the court concerned within a period of 20 days from today and apply for bail, their bail application shall be considered and decided, as expeditiously as possible, in view of the law laid down in Satendra Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773 and Brahm Singh and others Vs. State of U.P. and others, 2016 (95) ACC 950 .
