By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Court below to consider and decide the criminal revision no.144/2021 (Vinod Kumar Vs. Yogesh Kumar), under Section 138 of N.I. Act, P.S. Modi Nagar, District Ghaziabad, pending before the Court of 3rd Additional District and Session Judge, Ghaziabad, expeditiously.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that above stated criminal revision was filed by the applicant in the year 2021 but the same has not been decided so far. The above stated case is stated to be pending before the Court of 3rd Additional District and Session Judge, Ghaziabad.
In view of aforesaid, the 3rd Additional District and Session Judge, Ghaziabad is directed to consider and decide the above stated case as expeditiously in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment.
