The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 2.11.2007 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Court No. 5, District-Fatehpur (hereinafter referred to as, 'Tribunal') dismissing the amendment application filed by the Insurance Company/petitioner for amendment in the written statement.
The application has been rejected on the ground that it was highly belated and further the points raised in the amendment application relates to evidence and can be raised during the arguments of the case.
There is no illegality in the order dated 2.11.2007 passed by the Tribunal.
The petition is dismissed .
