Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
This petition has been moved aggrieved by order dated 21.3.2022 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Ballia in Criminal Revision No.41/2022 (Lalita Devi and others vs State of U.P. and others), whereby the revision preferred by the opposite party has been admitted and the operation and effect of order dated 19.1.2022 in exercise of power u/s 146(1) Cr.P.C. has been stayed.
Since the learned Sessions Court is seized with the matter, it is expected from the Sessions Court to decide the Criminal Revision No.41/2022 (Lalita Devi and others vs State of U.P. and others) pending before him, by 31st May, 2022, after hearing both the parties, by passing reasoned order strictly in accordance with law.
It is made clear that this Court is not making any observation either ways and it is expected from the learned Sessions Court that he would apply his robust legal acumen while deciding the said case on merits.
This petition is accordingly disposed off.
