The only prayer sought by means of this petition is that a direction be issued to the Metropolitan Magistrate-VII, Kanpur Nagar to decide complaint/misc. case no.722 of 2022 (Asha Devi vs. Shiv Rani and others) under Section 156(3) I.P.C. P.S.Kalyanpur District Kanpur Nagar within stipulated period.
Be it so, the Metropolitan Magistrate-VII, Kanpur Nagar is directed to decide the aforesaid case within next six months from the date of production of certified copy of this court if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observation, this petition is finally disposed of.
