This is a plaintiff's petition challenging the order dated 21.9.2021 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gorakhpur in Original Suit No. 925 of 2014 through which the Trial Court has confirmed the Amin report subject to evidence. Civil Revision No. 58 of 2021, filed against the order passed by the Trial Court, has also been dismissed by the District Judge, Gorakhpur vide his order dated 21.12.2021. The order dated 21.9.2021 is an interlocutory order and the revision, filed against the same, has been rightly rejected by the Revisional Court.
In view of the aforesaid, it is not a fit case for interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
