The present petition has been filed praying for a direction to the Civil Judge (S.D.), Siddharth Nagar to decide the original Suit No.81 of 2006 (Shashibala Vs. Durga Prasad).
Without entering into the merits of the case, the Civil Judge (S.D.), Siddharth Nagar is directed to decide the aforesaid suit, if still pending, expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties, in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid suit.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion either regarding the maintainability of the case or the merits of claim made in the petition.
