The present petition has been filed praying for a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.20, Deoria to decide the Case No.1745 of 2014 (Panchmi Vs. Gorakh and another).
Without entering into the merits of the case, the Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.20, Deoria is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties, if still pending and in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion either regarding the maintainability of the case or the merits of claim made in the petition.
