Without entering into the merits of the case, the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No. 20, Jaunpur is directed to decide Application 6-C filed in Original Suit No. 02 of 2021 expeditiously, if still pending, and in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid application.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of .
