The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahganj, Jaunpur to decide Original Suit No.377 of 2020 (Udai Pratap and others versus Ramdular and others) .
The Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahganj is expected to make all endeavors to decide the aforesaid Original Suit No.377 of 2020, if still pending, without any delay in accordance with law , in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid suit.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
