Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gorakhpur to decide Original Suit No.881 of 2015 (Deenu and others versus Arun Tobit).
The Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gorakhpur is directed to make all endeavors to expeditiously decide the aforesaid Original Suit No.881 of 2015, if still pending, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties , in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid suit.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
