Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bareilly to decide Suit No. 313 of 2021 filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bareilly.
The Principal Judge, Family Court, Bareilly is directed to decide the aforesaid suit, if still pending, within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid suit.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of .
