The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Civil Judge(Junior Division), Shahganj, Jaunpur to decide 6-C application in Suit No.1511 of 2020 (Triveni Prasad versus Premnarayan and others).
The Civil Judge(Junior Division), Shahganj, Jaunpur is directed to decide the aforesaid 6-C application expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid application.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioners.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
