The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kanpur Nagar to decide Suit No.2486/2015 (Brajendra Kumar vesus Kamta Prasad and others).
The Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kanpur Nagar is directed to decide the aforesaid Suit No.2486/2015 , if still pending, expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties , in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid suit.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
