The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Additional District Judge, Court No.11, Allahabad to decide Misc.Civil Application No.2367 of 2019 in Appeal No.251 of 2011.
The Additional District Judge, Court No.11, Allahabad is directed to decide the aforesaid Misc.Civil Application No.2367 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date a copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid application.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
