This petition under article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed assailing the legality of the order to set aside the order dated 07.12.2021 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. in Criminal Misc. Case No. 987 of 2020 (Sachin Kumas Vs. Dr. P.K. Kamboi).
I have perused the order impugned and there is a specific direction to lodge the F.I.R. within seven days.
Remedy open to the petitioner is to contest the F.I.R. before the appropriate forum.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
