This is defective criminal revision, which is being hopelessly time barred.
More over the Principal Judge, Family Court in proceeding of Case No. 635 of 2014 seems that this interim maintenance is awarded toher by way of Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act.
Under the circumstances, this revision is not maintainable, it is open for the revisionist to inovoke the proper remedy before this Court by invoking the proper proceedings before this court concerned.
With the aforesaid liberty, the present criminal revision stands dismissed.
