This revision has been filed challenging the authenticity of the impugned order dated 21.12.2021, whereby the revisionist's prayer to send the D.N.A. samples to some other Forensic Science Laboratory, has been declined by the Additional District Judge/Special Judge, POCSO Act, Hapur in Special Sessions Trial No. 574 of 2020 (State vs. Abhishek and others), under Section 376DA, 506 IPC and Section 5g, 5j (II), 6 POCSO Act, police station Hapur City, district Hapur.
I have perused the order impugned and I do not find any good reason to exercise the revisional power.
Accordingly, the revision is dismissed.
