Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel.

The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to quash the order dated 13.10.2021 passed by the opposite party no.2 and to permit the petitioner to run fair price shop.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer and stated that he will move an application for interim relief before the Deputy Commissioner (Food) Devi Patan Mandal Gonda i.e. opposite party no.2 and prayed to this Court that a direction may be issued to the opposite party no.2 to decide the same expeditiously.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to move an application before the opposite party no.2 within ten days who shall decide the same within three weeks of the moving of the said application.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed off.
