Heard Shri Surya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Shri Gopal Krishan Pathak, learned A.C.S.C.

The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding opposite party nos.1 to 5 to make an enquiry against opposite party no.7 for non distribution of essential commodities properly, to conduct enquiry with egard to the forged and fabricated entries in the ration cards of various card-holders and to consider and decide the complaint of petitioner annexed as 'Annexure No.3 to the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer and stated that his representation dated 11.05.2022 moved before the District Supply Officer-Bahraich may be decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to move a fresh representation before the District Supply Officer-Bahraich within ten days who shall decide the same within six weeks.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed off.
