Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sumeet Tahilramani holding brief of Shri S.M.Singh Royekwar, learned counsel representing the Indian Oil Corporation.

For redressal of his grievances the petitioner has already made a representation dated 12th August, 2022, which has been annexed as Annexure-7 to the writ petition. However, learned counsel representing the Indian Oil Corporation states that no receipt of the said representation has been enclosed alongwith the writ petition.

Be that as it may, having regard to the nature of grievances raised in the said petition, we dispose of this writ petition finally with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in the Indian Oil Corporation by making an application/representation within a fortnight from today taking all the pleas which may be available to him under law and enclosing therewith all the documents over which he wants to place reliance.

Once any such representation/application under this order is made, the appropriate authority of Indian Oil Corporation shall consider and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within next three weeks. The order which may be passed on the representation to be preferred by the petitioner under this order shall also be communicated to him.
