Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State.

In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no.2 is dispensed with.

This petition has been filed for quashing of the impugned charge-sheet No. 01/2018 dated 25.7.2018 & Cognizance / summoning order dated 21.5.2020 in Crl. Case No. 8339/2021 in Case Crime No. 167 of 2018, u/s 147, 332, 353, 323, 506, 427 IPC & 3a, 3b of Medical Protection Act, P.S. Mitauli, District Lakhimpur Kheri, State vs. Shabbir & Others, pending in the court of C.J.M., Lakhimpur Kheri.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that direction may be issued to the courts below for disposal of bail application of the petitioner expeditiously, if possible, on the same day, in the light of dictum of the Apex Court in re; Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s).5191/2021.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

Therefore, it is provided that in case the petitioner surrenders and move application for bail within 15 days from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the courts below expeditiously, if possible, on the same day, in the light of the dictum of Hon'ble Apex Court in re; Satender Kumar Antil (supra) . Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of finally.
