Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.

In view of proposed order, notice to opposite party no. 2 is dispensed with.

By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed following relief :

"I. Issue an order or direction, directing the Leamed Additional Court Room No. 1 Lucknow to decide the Complaint Case No. 7030 of 2019 (Fahd Azeem Vs Rehan Ahmad) Us-138 Negotiable Instrument Act Police Station Gomti) Nagar, District Lucknow expeditiously, within such reasonable time period which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit:

II. Issue any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just, fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Award the costs of the Petition to the Petitioner."

The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case is pending since 2019. He has submitted that the direction may be issued to the authority concerned to decide the same with expedition in the interest of justice.

Without entering into the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Additional Court, Room No. 1, Lucknow to decide the Complaint Case No. 7030 of 2019 (Fahd Azeem Vs Rehan Ahmad) Us-138 Negotiable Instrument Act Police Station Gomti) Nagar, District Lucknow strictly in accordance with law by affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, if required under the law with expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date a computer generated copy of this order is produced before him, if there is no legal hurdle.
