Heard Shri Vikas Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ajay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party No.3.
Shri Ajay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party No.3 submits that the order passed by Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, the contempt petition has lost its efficacy.
Considering the submission of learned counsel for the opposite party and going through the affidavit of compliance, it is evident that the order of writ Court has already been complied with.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
