The grievance raised by the petitioner is that possession of her land has been taken without acquisition and six-lane Expressway has been constructed thereon.
Though the aforesaid fact is sought to be disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents, however, to resolve the issue, we direct respondent no. 3 to get the land demarcated. In case, it is found that any portion of the land owned by the petitioner has been utilized by the National Highway Authority of India, the compensation therefor be paid in accordance with law. Needful shall be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The demarcation shall be carried out after notifying the petitioner about the date and time thereof.
The writ petition is disposed of.
