By the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to execute award dated 14.07.2018 in Misc. Case No. 20/2015 (M/s Holi Sol K.T.L. Envarthnment Solution vs. Mukesh Sharma) by the labour court Nodia, Gautam Budh Nagar and finally decide the same expeditiously within stipulated period positively, so that justice to done."
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the second respondent-Collector, Gautam Budh Nagar, shall consider and decide the claim of the petitioner.
In view thereof, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition is being finally disposed of directing that the second respondent, Collector, Gautam Budh Nagar, shall consider and execute the award dated 14.07.2018 in Misc. Case No. 20/2015 (M/s Holi Sol K.T.L. Envarthnment Solution vs. Mukesh Sharma) and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, expeditiously within three months from the date of filing of copy of this order.
