Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"A. Issue a writ of mandamus or an order or direction in the nature of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to make necessary correction in the land records and name of the petitioners may kindly be recorded in land records with regard to the Khasra no. 1ka area .44 hectare, Khasra no. 2/2 area .35 hectare, Khasra no. 3 area 2.38 hectares and Khasra no. 6 areas .25 hectare situated at Village Rawal, Tehsil Mahawan, District Mathura, during the pendency of the writ petition. B. Issue a writ of mandamus or an order or direction in the nature of a writ of mandamus directing respondents to decide the application of the petitioners pending before the respondents expeditiously within stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court may be fixed."
Learned Standing Counsel, at the outset, submits that petitioner has a remedy under section 32 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, to approach the concerned authority for correction of the revenue record.
This Court under Article 226 of the Constitution is not inclined to interfere with the matter
In view thereof, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
