Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since allotment had been made in favour of another person, the prayer which had been made in the writ petition, could not be any further pressed. He however, submits that the amount which he had deposited after allotment must be returned to him.
In this regard, petitioner may make a representation before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ballia and pray for the return of the amount which he had deposited after the allotment was made to him.
Under such circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that if the petitioner represents for the return of his money then his representation would be decided within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
