Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J.
The record reveals that the Revisional Court had remanded the matter to the Court of Naib Tehsildar for a fresh decision of the recall application. The remand was made on 10.12.2018 and as per the learned counsel for the petitioner, the restoration application had till date not been decided.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Restoration Application be decided expeditiously, if possible, within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
