It has been stated that the construction of the toilet over bheeta land has been stopped and notice had been issued under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
The proceedings as have been initiated, be concluded within a period of 60 days from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. Still further if it is found that toilet had illegally been made over the bheeta land and funds had been pumped in, then the funds shall be recovered from the person who was responsible for the said construction over the bheeta land.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
