This petition has been filed to expedite the proceedings under Section 3/5 of Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1972, vide Case No. 06163 of 2019 (P.W.D. vs. Raghunath) and Case No. 06165 of 2019 (P.W.D. vs. Sukhdev), which are pending for more than 1 year within the stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
I have gone through the records and find no good ground to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case.
In view thereof, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach the court below by making an appropriate expedite application. In the event such an application is made, it is expected that the same shall be heard and decided, in accordance with law.
