Heard Sri Kunal Ravi Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 and Sri Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4.
A preliminary objection has been raised regarding maintainability of the writ petition. It is urged that the necessary party has not been arrayed and further incorrect prayer has been made.
Learned counsel for the petitioner on being confronted with the objection, submits that the petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with all correct particulars.
