The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the SDM, Sadar, Mirzapur to decide the Case No. 03597 of 2020 seeking removal of the illegal encroachment.
Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed a case, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction that if an application is moved along with a copy of this order, all endeavours shall be made by the Respondent No. 2, SDM, Sadar, Mirzapur to decide the aforementioned case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the said application in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court had not gone into the merits of the case and it shall be adjudicated by the said authority in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to the affected parties.
Copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court shall be treated as certified copy of the order.
